I love raspberries. I love them for their scent, taste and endless possibilities in culinary cooking. Yet learning about the active ingredients of a raspberry enzyme and its effect on scalp came as a big surprise to me. I have immediately realised that raspberries would go well with royal jelly, creating a perfect synergy to treat hair. Raspberries, specifically raspberry enzyme, have now become one of the main active ingredients in our hair lotion. What is a raspberry enzyme? It is a biotechnological concentrated extract from a raspberry bush that can be obtained through controlled fermentation. The process includes fermenting a raw plant material by means of micro-organisms. This results in enhanced effectiveness of the substance, namely the raspberry extract, which contains high amounts of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs).

Fermented raspberry extract greatly stimulates cell renewal, revitalises and hydrates the scalp while also adding dazzling shine and smoothness to the hair. It is an ideal choice for those who have very sensitive scalp. Directions for use

Shake the hair lotion before use. Then apply the product into your wet hair (ideally washed) and massage thoroughly into your scalp. Let it soak, do not towel dry or rinse off.

The balanced composition of royal jelly developed around 100 or 120 million years ago, i.e. as early as the first documented presence of honey bees on the planet. Ordinary worker bees feed on pollen and honey and their lifespan is several weeks or months on average. The queen bee feeds on royal jelly and can live for several years.
