We are a traditional producer of mead from Nivnice in Slovakia, which customers know under the names "Mead Elisa" or formerly also "Hromčíkova mead" or "Hromčíkova Elisa". Our mead is still produced according to the original recipe invented by Mr Václav Hromčík in 1973.
Elisa is a drink of exceptional quality, which is created by combining the original recipe and water treated with Bio Control System technology. The water used to produce mead is identical in its properties to unencumbered virgin water from the earth's interior. Thanks to this pure form, it favourably influences the fermentation and maturation process, giving this delicious drink a specific quality.
The mead is made exclusively by the cold process from mixed, high-quality honey of Czech production. After perfect fermentation, it is matured in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its final filtration is carried out using modern filtration equipment, which gives this drink a clear appearance and a distinctive sparkle.
